| 9am | Students gather in the auditorium for instructions, a science movie or science demo will be presented. |
| 10am-12pm | Student Judging InterviewsStudents are to be at their assigned location at all times. |
| 12pm | LunchPepperoni or Cheese Pizza, Soda/Water. fresh fruit is provided for student participants (students with allergies will be provided a separate meal). |
| 12:30pm | Student Prize Drawingin the auditorium. |
| 12:45-1:30pm | Award Ceremonyin the Conference Center Auditorium. Parents may view the live video Award Ceremony from the Harman Center Ballroom (2nd floor left/North side) |
| 1:30-2pm | Project Teardown/Student Dismissalimmediately following awards ceremony. |
